How long does it take for the carpet to dry?
We use a low-moisture process, so carpets are dry in about an hour. Our products are very effective, and we prefer using the least moisture needed for the job at hand. This insures quick dry times and removes concerns of possible mold, allergen issues or recurring spots.

What is your method of carpet cleaning?
We use HOST as our main method of cleaning and use a variety of green seal and green spotters for removing any organic or grease spots in your carpet or rugs. Check out all our products here.

Can you get all the stains out of my carpet or upholstery?
We are able to remove most of the spots we find. However; there are some spots that we have found we usually can not remove: printing toner, ink,  bleach, cat urine and permanent marker spots are some of the spots we are unable to remove with our method of cleaning.

Is your method of cleaning safe for wool?
Our HOST product is certified by WOOLSAFE, a worldwide organization dedicated to the promotion of quality care for wool and synthetic carpets and rugs, and has a certification program for carpet maintenance products since 1991. 

Do you have a guarantee?
We guarentee that if any of the spots recur within a month's time, we will return free of charge to remove them.
